During Clinic Hours - Call the office
If your child has a dental problem that you think requires immediate attention, call our clinic at 617-355-6571. Depending on your child's condition, our receptionist will either have you speak with one of our dentists or will schedule an appointment for you to bring in your child as soon as possible.

Calling ahead will help us prepare for your visit and will minimize your waiting time when you arrive at our office.

After Hours - Call our dentist on-call
If your child has a serious dental problem after normal clinic hours, contact our dentist-on call:

  1. Call the Children's page operator at 617-355-6363.
  2. Ask to speak with the dentist on-call.
  3. Leave your phone number with the page operator for a return call or be placed on "hold" to be connected with the dentist directly.

Our dentist on-call may be able to advise you on how to manage the problem at home.

If your child's condition requires immediate treatment, you will be told to come to the Emergency Room at Children's Hospital Boston for evaluation.

Calling ahead will enable the dentist to meet you promptly in the Emergency Room and will minimize your waiting time.

The Children's Emergency Room is located on the first floor of the main building to the right of the main entrance.
